Tannen Music History

page 5

Despite a brief hiatus in the mid fifties when he was asked by Frank Loesser to head up "Frank Music," Nat continued to run Tannen Music, coming up with hits such as Johnny Tillotson's pop song "True True Happiness," and country top 10 hit "Too Many Times" by Don Winters. In 1958 the Country Music Association was formed and Nat became a founding and life member.
